Lays one on Harrow Fair
Bovine Bingo, a long time Harrow Fair Tradition has been dropped by the new management of Ontario Lottery and Gaming. A Mooove that locals and visitors think stinks. The above poster has been placed on all entrances of the dairy barn at the fair. This scandal is obviously deeper than anyone knew. Hopefully the honourable Finance Minister will get to the bottom of it all very soon. Cockfights remain unaffected.

I am confused. What is Bovine Bingo anyway? And the Harrow Fair doesn't allow cock-fighting I hope?
Bovine Bingo is about cows pooping on certain squares designated by letters and numbers ie. B-5. The rest is plain old bingo. Cock-fighting is no doubt tongue and cheek.
Cow Roullette sounds like a buzz.
