Up the street from the Old Vic and across the field from Taloola. 343 Chilver is where this boat was lovingly restored and housed. This slab on grade brownstone has a pretty big footprint and with two large garage bays around back it was easy to slide all of Mr. Davidson's toys inside. Sweet looking building. Notice the English style store front and notice the slab on grade. It made for a perfect place to restore crafts such as the one above.

I believe the building housed the train engineers for their stopovers at the Walkerville station back in the day.
The owners have done a lot of work inside and out to bring it back to respectability.
