WINDSOR POLITICS FROM OUR FAVOURITE NEWS SOURCES

Here is a bit of local news compression for our readers. Some of it is even quite entertaining:

This is an article about the new bridge and how the feds have decided to go P3 (Public Private partnership). Like we didn't see this coming. Get ready for inflated tolls and a 99 year contract; all because politicians are in love with a concept which takes a load off their backs.

Here is an article about Windsor's taxes. It seems we pay more than everyone else but the Mayor says not.

GO figure on Eddie's response. Because he says so it MUST be true. Give me a break! Interesting that this is the third publication to come out against Windsor's high taxes and the third time the King has dismissed them (except for the S&P's rating which Eddie just about swooned over).

What a dillusional person we have for a mayor. Does he honestly think he is right? Take a look around at the city . He can't honestly think that it is in better shape than it was BEFORE he took office can he?
The next electin can't come soon enough for him or council. Can them all!

Re: Windsor Utilities. I just had a similar situation where they grilled me for my S.I.N. They would not give out any info. unless I coughed the number up. I didn't because S.I.N.s are non of their business. Isn't there a law against that? You would think I was cashing a check at a pawn shop or something.
