In any other city you could add $25-40,000 to the price of these homes and they would sit on the market for a week - tops. Look at Kingston's market if you doubt it. However, the culture vacuum in this city makes it difficult to cash-in on style or prestige. This sad reality will never change, unfortunately, because it has and probably always will be a factory town. But we can still be proud to be fighting the good fight. The few, the proud, the Monmouthians.
